The Patient Information Forum (PIF) has published a new public-facing poster on artificial intelligence (AI) and health information. The poster answers common questions about the use of generative AI (GAI) to answer health queries. It was produced in collaboration with an expert working group and is available in both PDF and HTML formats.

This public-facing resource follows on from the publication of PIF's position statement on balancing the risks and benefits of AI in the production of health information. The charity is currently working on a framework for the use of AI in health information production. The practical framework will be published this autumn.’
