Pain in Children Study Day

13th Jul 2016

This one day conference contains a broad mix of topics of interest to professionals of all disciplines, with an interest in assessing and managing pain in children.
The morning lectures have a focus on common pain problems within paediatrics - headaches and joint pains, in addition to expert insight on the provision of pain management programmes.
In the afternoon, delegates can choose to attend three workshops on areas of assessment, measurement and management of pain, beyond straight-forward simple analgesia.
The faculty for the study day comes from a wide range of disciplines including medicine, nursing, psychology and physiotherapy, to reflect the broad range of subjects offered. The day has been structured to allow delegates ample opportunity to network with both colleagues and faculty.
