Call for plenary & parallel proposals for 2018 ASM - DEADLINE 3RD JULY 2017

1)      We welcome suggestions for parallel session proposals. Proposals should be submitted on the downloadable proposal form. Please ensure you read the guidance notes at the beginning of the form as this will help you to submit a successful proposal. Please note that speakers will receive free registration; unfortunately it is not possible to cover accommodation and travel cost.  All sessions will be allocated based on the merit of the proposal. 

2)      We always welcome ideas for plenary speakers at the conference, so if you have heard an interesting speaker who you think would be suitable for a plenary at the ASM please let us know. There is no special form for this – just a note of the proposed person, their affiliation, possible topic for plenary and a brief paragraph on why you are proposing them.  Also, if there is a specific topic you think we should cover in a plenary, but are not sure about a speaker, please let us know your topic suggestions.

The parallel session proposal form and any suggestions for plenary speakers should be submitted by COP Monday 3rd July to: [email protected]
