On Monday 15th November, Dr Ann Williamson will be speaking about Hypnosis and Imagery for Pain via Zoom 

In her talk Ann will outline the various ways we can use the hypnotic state and imagery to help patients with pain, affecting both the intensity and the suffering caused by pain. She will show how acute and procedural, as well as chronic, pain can be affected simply by the words of the health professional. She will also describe some of the approaches we can teach our patients to give them a life long tool that they can use to help themselves.
