Membership Renewal 2025

The membership year runs from 1st November 2024 to 31st October 2025.

To ensure uninterrupted member benefits, please renew your membership by following the below instructions. Your subscription fees will continue essential activity required to meet the Society’s objectives of training, education, development and research in pain and contribute to the Society’s strategy to maintain financial stability.

Your membership is important to us. We value the contributions from all of our Members to the British Pain Society, the largest multi-disciplinary professional organisation in the field of pain in the UK.

Renewal 

Payment for your annual membership subscription is simple and can be made online by logging into MY BPS and following the link in the MY MEMBERSHIP section. Here you will find details of your subscription fee and payment options.

Membership Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and you might wish to reconsider your membership. Below are the terms for cancelling your membership with the British Pain Society (BPS):
 

1. Cancellation Window

You may cancel your membership within 7 working days of either:

  • Receiving written confirmation of your provisional membership.
  • Being notified about your upcoming renewal.
     

2. Refund Eligibility

  • If you cancel within the 7-working-day period, you are entitled to a full refund, processed within 30 days of your request.
  • Refunds are not available for cancellation requests made after the 7-working-day period has ended.
     

3. Event Attendance During the Cancellation Period

If you have attended a BPS event within the 7-working-day period and used the member rate, you will be required to pay the difference between the member and non-member event rates. This will be invoiced to you separately.
 

4. How to Cancel

To cancel your membership, please contact us by email on [email protected]. Ensure you provide your membership details to help us process your request promptly.
